The Icon Archive Project

Icon's old home is being rebuilt as a permanent, read-only guild archive. Surviving forum threads, screenshots, member profiles, comments and films are being gathered into one place so the stories behind the raids do not disappear with the original site.

March 2026 marked twenty years since Icon was founded on Stormrage EU. What began in 2006 as a guild built around ambitious raiding and real-life balance became two decades of shared adventures, friendships and stories across servers, factions and expansions. This archive is both a record of that history and a celebration of everyone who helped create it.

This is still a work in progress. Some externally hosted images and videos were already gone, but what survives is being cleaned, indexed and preserved — not only the victories, but the voices, friendships and wonderfully questionable decisions that made Icon what it was.

Twenty years on, the guild history lives on.
