Agree, but also this guys gear is low. I'd offer him a social spot with "small chance" of us calling him in for raids.

nov it's time to ask ouer slef what we do whit shalcker, we keep bumping him to do what hi is told to and +++++++++++++.
in the last to raids hi has been ok. bhut we newer know what will happend. and we got elpi whit os as tank to.

If we do take her in, and end up with 3 main healers, what flexibility do we have with dropping down to 2 healers for a fight? Hows Medo's/Cow's DPS?

As far as Shalcker, yeah well having more players means we can suddenly turn round to shalcker and say "thats it...piss off" if he starts being a pain in the ass again, apart from that I'd say leave him for now as he calmed down since last time.

Beside i really like her app and i agree with you all.

You should consider closing recruitment (4 class actually) / fail the trial who has to be failed ... etc :)

Don't know cow's got ok dps spec but he ain't used playing it.
