I think we have many good players in the team right now but we also have a few that are really giving us troubles.

1. Exxonne: Not good enough, dies all the time, can't seem to understand boss mechanics.
2. Mazzura: Bursts pretty high on the pull then seems to fail at many things. I'm told by healers that he seems to be the one they heal the most (after tanks)
3. Hamfero: Disconnecting constantly which is effectively a wipe every time he does.
4. Hellion: Unless he has a good reason for randomly leaving tonight, that's just annoying.
5. Zeleth: Just not performing, his DPS is pretty low. I also get the feeling he is drunk in every raid. Sets a terrible standard.

1. I pretty much agree, I think he is quite below the standard. He talks the talk but doesn't walk the park when you confront him.
2. I'm very surprised about Mazzura. I approached Riht the other day and I was speaking to him regarding his performance and actually held Mazzura on the pedestal while doing it but I guess I was wrong.
3. These DC issues are happening recently right? I can only remember he DC'd since yesterday and maybe Sunday.
4. I sent him a message, let's see what he has to say.
5. Actually it has always been like this, for a boomkin I'm sure his DPS can increase a lot but in general I personally think he does what he needs to do in terms of boss mechanics etc which made me never bother to talk to him about.

Also, have you managed to talk to Celvink yet?

im not ignoring this topic, saw it in the morning but didnt have time to think about, got drunk during the day so i will respond tomorrow when sober;)

1. Exxonne: Didn't raid tonight.
2. Mazzura: Did better tonight, hopefully he will continue.
3. Hamfero: No dc tonight, ok performance.
4. Hellion: He raided with another guild so I made him social, he then gquit. IMO fuck him, absolute dick and good riddance.
5. Zeleth: This guy needs to buck up seriously, he fails on simple things and his DPS is awful. I'm getting many complaints about him.

Some additions:
Arkkan: He was terrible tonight, especially later on. Had made zero effort to learn bosses before coming.
Goshnje (spelling?!): Very low DPS, I honestly don't think he is up to our standard.

2. Glad he is doing better.
3. He should be OK, trust me.
4. Attitude > all, ever since he rejoined hes been arrogant and a dick towards raiding with us. I'm not sure why he even returned. Let's just move on and forget it. We have enough healers anyway.
5. Z is quite problematic in taking feedback, he gets hit to the core very fast. Did you talk to him already? I'll also approach him and see what can happen.
6. I messaged him to shape the f up. He wanted another chance but if hes not the standard we're expecting him too he will stay trial forever or even demoted.
7. He rerolled just to be able to join us, now that Hellion is gone he could also join us on his H Paladin if we do need him there. He is a much better player on his actual main. If not, just give him some time to gear, get used to mage etc. trust me, he'll be good.

Ok did a collection of rank % in their ilvl bracket of the players discussed here for performance based on last nights logs, what this means is how well did they dps compared to others of their class and same gear level, higher is better 100 would be paragon players.

If you look at goshjne he did pretty nicely with his ilvl, but his ilvl is lower so proably better players are getting ranked in the higher brackets. some of the ranks are pretty bad if you look at under 10% of the ilvl bracket...

The higher ilvl brackets are ofc smaller and filled with better players so its harder to get bracket rank thats good. but still looks like we have alot of work to do to improve...
