tbh I havent had chance to check the app, but I'm not sure I would be happy getting an under 18 in the guild

i'll look into the app and maybe have a word with Harder later when i got more time.

Have given this a bit of thought, about if we could get away with a 17yr old... but Would say no... if 18 I would have probably taken him.

Never been comfortable with under 18yo's, but... desperate times call for desperate measures.

Also kids have better reaction times than us oldies!

edit: I'll see if i can grab him online and have a chat to explain that he is under the age we take on, but we are very tempted... and to get a feel for what he is like. Though am extremely busy with work atm so not going to be online much outside of raid times,

I suppose it was a "maybe" depending on the character of the lad himself.

He may be 3 weeks from his 18th birthday, he may be bullshitting and actually be 12. I just want Icon to be able to raid and the only way that will happen is to rela some of the recruitment rules.

Can someone please look at these apps, and the new ones and approve/decline them as you feel best...as for this week and maybe a lot of next week I dont have any time what-so-ever to do anything.

Could we get away with declining this one while grabbing the healing priest that applied?
How many healers do we have now?

If we are taking the new priest we can skip this 1 i recon, though unless Eos starts shaping up with signing and showing up then we may open the resto druid recruitment again.
