History:
Icon is an online gaming guild that was founded in March 2006 in World of Warcraft on the Stormrage EU server by a group of individuals that shared the same notion about balance; a balance between quality time raiding and commitments in real life. We have existed in the online world ever since. During Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King and Cataclysm, Icon was based on Alliance side on Wildhammer EU server. At the end of WotLK expansion a horde guild was formed on Kazzak EU, aimed at the next generation 10 man raiding in mists of Pandaria.
Info about the 10 man raiding guild:
• Icon Kazzak 10man is a guild for experienced and skilled players who cannot or do not want to commit to the time-intensive raid schedules of traditional "hardcore" guilds, but still want to see all content and are willing to aim for the highest achievements.
• Our progression goal will be pushing for the mists of Pandaria "Glory of..." achievements. These are end-instance achievements leading to titles and mounts, and those are the real endgame these days. We are not looking for server firsts, but would like to be in top range on the server at least, like old Icon was in The Burning Crusade.
• We are a tight-knit 10 man consisting of people with those same goals who are willing to raid 6-9hours/week to reach them. We expect close to 100% attendance making a huge roster and rotations unnecessary. Raidspots for the main 10 man raid is naturally very limited and recruitment thorough. While we have a casual schedule, there is nothing casual about the way we raid the limited hours we plan/week.
• We raid 2-3 days per week: tuesday, thursday and mondays from 20:00-23:00. Very seldom, if ever, do we push it into overtime. Wednesday is sometimes used for optional raid day in case further progression is needed.
• When content is sparse we will downregulate the number of official raids. During holidays like christmas, easter and summer, we will make official raiding holidays where we put progression raids on hold so people can spend time with family and friends.
• Applicants will only be considered if they demonstrate above-average intelligence, exemplary skill, a thorough understanding of game mechanics, a high level of maturity, a strong command of the English language, and above all a complete and total lack of e-peening, douchebaggery, asshattery, and anything else that would make them unpleasant to be around. We all get paid to deal with idiots, why should we pay to spend our leisure time with them as well?
• We have a 20y.o relative age limit, while we are not grumpy old men, you honestly wouldn't fit in if you are 15 ^^

All members should have a valid offspec for team versatility.
We have just done some internal re-rolls as the recruitment for healers is really rotten these days and now the healer-tank situation is fixed with a solid setup. We have opened recruitment for some select dps classes:
-Mage
-Warlock
- monk (tank/ heal)
- Shammy (ele/ heal)
