ok, started playin WoW 2 years in march, due all the naggin for my son to get off the game and go out his cleaverly made me do a trial lol and here i still am today!! lol :D, my first raiding experince was lichking 12/12 6/12 (pre cata) fireland 6/7 and DS 6/8, obviously other old raids thrown in between :)
Any favourite raid fights? Why do you like that/those particular fights?
always loved wrath raids, still prefer them than cata content :)
Any noteworthy PvP Experience?
used to do abit of pvp on my mage when i wanted to have a break from pve, been thinkin about maybe gettin into it again at some point
Previous Guilds

What are your previous guilds and what were your reasons for leaving them?
well i have only been on kazzak 4 weeks, transfered my hunter first then once i decided i was happy to be here i transfered my mage and priest over too, reason for leavin kor'gall was its a dyin realm, used to have some awesome guilds before cata and was lucky to have raided with some of the best at the time like roinin who eventually left for another server, so would be pointless namin my previous guilds as it was just a choice to move and start afresh :))
Raid Performance and Class Knowledge

What are your personal preference in terms of spec and raidrole?
well i have always played survival, even when apprently mm was the better class no mm could actually out do me on dps which used to leave me a little confused, i was the 8th best hunter on kor'gall horde before i left so safe to say i know my hunter inside out, i know what works and what dont, i have put 2 years of learnin her ways, i dont do elistejerks by the book just hints and tips and imo thats all they should be used for, i make my own conclusions and make tweaks to what i think is right at the time :)
Please explain your dps cycle, or if this doesn't apply, your five most used spells:
hunters mark, black arrow, serpent sting, explosive shot, cobra shot x 3 by then its perfect timing to redo explosive shot and even better if it procs lol, occassionally arcane but very rarely tbh as i dont really ever have to dump focus and then kill shot :)
What are your current glyphs? Why did you chose to use these glyphs?
serpent sting, explosive shot and kill shot for primes, would be foolish to use anything else as serpent sting and explosive are our main spells, major are trap launcer, ice trap and disegage which as a hunter are viable glyths to have so make sense and tbh cant thin off the top of my head what my minors are but like most minors are preferncial
Gear: Which stats do you prioritize and why? Do you have multiple gear sets for different specs? Any resistance gear?
hit,haste (20%), crit and mastery, well this is the best set up for survival so would be foolish to put crit before haste unless ur mm spec :)
Which forums/resources do you usually read to learn about wow and your class?
tbh the only one now days i to double check anything would be noxxic.com

Why Icon?

What makes you prefer applying to Icon over other guilds?
well as a newbie to kazzak it was goin to be hit or miss just randomly joining a guild, i was in absyth until yesterday but they decided to quit raidin and have move there mains to another realm to pvp, so looks like another social guild now :/
Do you know anyone in Icon that might vouch for you?
i dont know anyone on kazzak really let alone in icon lol

Why should we give you a trial?
well as they say u wont know til u try, but im very friendly, mature, can take constructive critism and always learn by my ,mistakes and yes we all make them however pro people think they are :D

Sooooooooooooooooooooooo, late last night Cherry sent me a message on Facebook saying:

hello, just to let u know im plannin on leavin the guild, after a convo with key earlier i dont really appricate people talkin about me behind my back and askin her to chat to me about my dps, an understatment im pissed off that it took a raider to confont me on the issue than a gm or an officer and as much as i respect ur views thats shes a hunter geek she dont atcually come close to the two hunter i know in top world 25 believe it or not

im here to enjoy the game but seems that is short lived, my opinion of the game/people has changed and i dont

I think there's been a bit of miscommunication happening here. While your DPS was a little low when you first joined, you've certainly stepped it up since. Combination of being geared up and learning to live with the rest of us nutters I assume! You are beating me on DPS now, I'm not happy about that!!!!! But I'm going to blame shitty drop rates for tier tokens :)

Regardless of levels of DPS, we all actually thought you were a pretty good player. Someone that can stand out of fire and manages to press the button for Ultraxion at the right time is OK in my books!

Anyway, all we asked Keylla to do was chat to you and help you out. I do the same myself with Lolena and it's a 2 way process - he helps me as much as I help him, and truth be told, he's probably passing me on skill right now, but don't tell him I said that! Keylla is quite elitist in her manners though, but she means well. After all, we like to think of ourselves as a family, especially as some of us have been together for 4-5 years!

Well anyway, I hate emails/sms/messages/etc. as a way of sorting out this kind of stuff, things are always much easier to sort when talking. Phone call, Vent, face-to-face are all way better. Lets have a Vent chat tonight to make sure everything is OK, I certainly don't want anyone in the guild feeling bad about anything.

Even if we wasnt doing a "elitist" run she would have still probably have been backed due to being fair.

Been thinking about this over the last day.

I'm not going to chase her over this quit, have spoke to Haz...who had spoke to her, and she basically quit due to thinking she deserved the kill as much as anyone. Basically its a sulk... like last time she got backup (when the Mutz thing went on at the same time). She was even offered the option to be in the team if she prefered, but turned it down, maybe for the good of the team, i dont know, but either way... she gets offered the chance, refuses, then quits when we get the kill. Thats a sulk in my book!

Every raider deserved the kill, but as we have more than 10 not every raider can be at every kill... if she cant accept that then its her problem.

Anyhow, the way I see it, she left us without warning, letting down the team, she is unstable and obviously cant be relied on if she does this every time she has a backup.

If she wants back in, she has to ask us and we will consider it IMO.

Totally agree with all of that. What did she want us to do exactly? We had 3 choices:

1. Ask her to go backup.
2. Back up Ammenti for 2 raids in a row.
3. Probably not get a kill.

She's a whiny bitch and it's really pissed me off.

Not really sure I'd let her back in. Not only did she quit, but she removed all of her alts, typical rage-quit behaviour.

thought i should finally give u an explanation to why i quit the guild

was gettin to the point i was gettin abit pissed with the constant movin people around, takin on new players and havin them in raid group on a boss we needed to down as raiders not trial'ers ( no disrespect to them ofc) when personally we was doin just fine as we're 8 weeks or so ago, i know spine was a bitch to down but jeez imo when u have people who are im my world classed as core raiders and on a boss and in a group that got it too 300k, then u have those people for the kill priority then worry about makin up the rest of the team.

so safe to say i was fookin ragin when i get benched after rushin around all day, get my kids havin dinner early for raid nights so i turn up and for what.... to see u downed him and to me that was a kick in the teeth as i have put in so much effort as well and for what, for a guild to suddenly change there minds about havin certain classes for certain bosses, shame that wasnt the case for other bosses which wernt for instant melee friendly, but all of a sudden 6-7 weeks on spine for mee to miss out, and im sorry if u think that is stupid but to me its bang out of order

like i said to haz and lol who went out of there way to talk to me and find out why i left and they understand my point exactly, no disrespect to any of u, cos i liked u all very much, more than i have liked any other guild/players we all had our bitchin moment but hey it was never personal well apart from badmuts cos his a prick but not someone im gonna lose sleep over, but seems that close family unit sort went out the window for me that night

sorry if u disagree with me and tbh i got to the point im like hey its done with, so there ya have it, wether u like my reason or not thats the way it is, so no hard feelings ok :))
