overhead view of those who currently are raid capable. Put out Lodahl cause of his post. I would say we need 1 boomkin and another 2-3 range to just have enough to fill this is ofc over a longer time than next 3 weeks. We could also use more melee as currently we have maybe 3-4 every raid and loads of range, Twim might know better if there is a need for more melee overall tho as currently only oregorger is it great to have melee as far as I know

Healers Bulli is a wildcard atm havnt heard anything from him except what Prinsy said. we had 1 healer on trial for tonight right? and 1-2 healers to get in to make it a bit more stable and especially since summer is soon here

Tanks I cant say for sure here atm we got twim and norriz as off tank might be an idea to have a 3rd off tank. Personally I dont know how the attendence of thy and paro will be but Id rather get another one to be able to tank too not that twim or norriz cant just want to be safe here but it all comes up to what we all prefer and if something happen.

If you want I can make any of you able to change in that spreadsheet atm hog can and have done most to that one.

1-2 healers
1-2 Melee dps 1 of them with os tank might be good or gear cibos/zatrix to be last option tank.

Warelord, I think you did your job great! Good to see this overview. I made Arkkan copy it into our attendance sheet.
Currently, we need someone to be able to update the attendance overview from the past raids. I noticed that Arkkan didn't cover everything. I did some part of the re-checking but I haven't finished yet.

Uni projects are waiting for me unfortunately.

What is the progress on setting up Screenshots for the homepage? Really would like to see our 5 mythic kills up on there instead of Blackhand.

Also Parowar's job can be considered closed. I also checked up on it and it should all be ready.

What i concluded from my talk to him so far is
1- He didn't tell anyone he was quitting the game
2- The current situation of the guild is somehow stressing him and he is not coping with the changes
3- Real life if also adding more pressure

So in general he asked for more time to cool down and continue the talk later. Like warelord said he is a wild card and i have no clue what will be his decision at the end .

for what u guys mentioned, raid attitude and loot system topic .... i think there should be a tab or a pinned thread including all of this

This thread would explain loot system, whats expected from raiders and what would they expect from us
also show the penalties they can get not from failing only but from not following raid rule.

Ill just add one thing, Im not used to all this officer topics and management like Saga know and all of u noticed but i will try my best to improve

Update on Bulli

I haven't got the chance yet to talk to Bulli, today he was online but he didnt have time to talk
However, I've talked to prinsy and talked in details about all this.

What i think
he is just wanting the attention and he wants to re-role to Monk
i got an resto druid applying soon, think we should get the new one if he applies and let bulli do his random stuff

All tasks except Tim's tasks have been closed.
Bulligan has ended up quitting the guild.
