I'd strongly suggest maybe taking the rogue too, as lookin at sign ups for the next week you have 11 on Thursday,9 monday and 8 tuesday... ofc Edd & Suker havent signed in/out yet so its impossible to plan properly, but you need to be covered

Regarding the rogue, I'm certainly up for social, possibly even explain to the guy that our current rogue is on long term hiatus so is likely to get a raid spot?

Well depending on Toothy and how active he is on mon/tues, you need to get 1 or 2 new people in, there seems to be a constant number of sign outs on mon/tues as it seems the popular days for having their raid-free night.

I know taking 2 in will mean Thursdays will have 2 or 3 backups, but to ensure mon/tue always have signups (which is progression night, and hence the nights you want to avoid filling gaps with socials), then I suggest you look at offering a full time spot or run the risk of cancelling nights.

With the current number of sign ups for Mon/Tues and with Toothy not being able to raid more than half a raid on mon/tues (as far as I understand), all you need is Fibre to have 1 of his weeks where he doesnt raid much, or Elders to go away somewhere again and you end up being screwed if you aint careful.

Edit: Saying that, you still need an offtank to be sorted (not sure how haz's gear is coming along there)

well atm we`re 12 without you gringo

monday we will have 10 ppl if everyone except tooth and edd comes
tuesday we will have 10 if everyone except tooth and haz comes

thursday we will have prolly 11 or 12 in most of the nights

so with 2 new people there will be most likely 1 back-up at least for mon-tues and who knows how many for thursday
i think we need to discuss this tonight and give the 2 guys that applied an answer too , cuz it`s not nice to keep them waiting

i think that`s better..because in the case that we have 9 ppl signed up for 1 day we can take a hc social to fill up the spot(like noob or hulk)
