He applied week ago and still no one has even done bout him.

He seems not geared(but that doesn't have impact atm as WoD is near ad gear won't matter). On other hand he is 17 so as we have age limit iI think we need to decline him.



And now on more important thing has any officer even started recruting? Caus some of you said as soon as pre patch hits we start recruting and we have 1 guy with active app on forum (whic is there more then a week).
Even few people already asked are we recruting and is anyone recruting and no officer said anything to them(there was smth in shoutbox can't remeber who or when it was). If you guys don't have time then just make post on forum put recruting macro there and ask everyone in guild to help out a bit. We miss a lot of people for WoD (not sure but i think we need: 2-3 healer(or maybe even 4 caus some fights might even need 6 healers) and 5-7 dps(not sure how many we got)) and we would need to test them out before Wod(at least in heroic(old normal) or evem mythic if we get enough people).

Imho it's pointless to recruit now. We don't know yet what we have and how fast ppl are 100 to start with.

Raid opens after 2.5-3 weeks anyway so everyone will be 100 till that.

And if we do recruit now, ONLY experienced player. That hunter gets a no vote from me anyway.

So why is nobody declining him then? Or why do I see a reply from Maxi under the application but no post in officer?
