Guys,

I'd like to suggest Chopporz as a candidate to be healing officer. We are lacking a bit in that area so it would be nice. Also I think he really wants to take control there.

Thoughts?

Think we should do something with the current healing officer first, whats your status Moe? didnt see you yesterday on raid...

Well we don't have a healing officer, Moe is social only as per his request. Even if he does come back to game (he was online a couple of days ago but said nothing to me) then we really don't have a healing spot free.

news to me, he is still officer rank in guild. But if his social then i guess we need to think about getting more officers.

About chopz is he taking a break for september or do i remember wrong? really dont want any more officers / gm's on extended breaks..

We didn't apply the demotion as only Saga cam do it and he was away. Anyway, to be quite blunt, Moe has been away for a long, long time with very little indication to us (at least in here or WhatsApp) if he's going to be raiding again. If it wasn't him, would he even still be in the guild?

Chops does have to go away for a few weeks, can't remember the date exactly but till then I think he would be good for us.

Regarding the promotion of Chopporz, personally I havent really spoken to him before or kept an eye on him so I had initially thought he is just a silent guy, mainly because he also doesnt speak very often in Teamspeak.

However, last night we did approach eachother and he put out some of his suggestions and stuff when it comes to healing and we had a brief discussion for about 10min. He is a cool guy, def.

Although he also mentioned he enjoyed staying in the background now after having been in a leader position for nearly 10 years. Arr you sure he would like to become an "officer" or he just wants to be taking care of the healing team and not more?

There's a few things for me that really stand out about him:

1 he knows his stuff
2 he's reliable
3 he's mature
4 he won't dissappear without notice
5 people listen to him

As for whether he wants to do it, I'm certain he does. Having said that I'm happy for him to be healing 'leader' for now, at least till he returns from his course (he will be doing that in September)

i wasn't trying to defend moe or not show support for chopz, i think his a nice guy, a little quiet on ts but gets things done.

What i would like us to do is figure out this management thing again and then fill all the roles we think we need. I am not sure like if we need a ranged officer atm, not sure about melee too?

for healers we sure do need someone to lead it and organize the cd's. our healing team is solid witch is pretty suprising to me as i have always had problems with healers so nice to have a good team! just a side note some of our dps is awesome as i have been tracking the logs... we might actully have a great team here just need to polish it abit.

i do think that a 3 person managment team for mythic raiding is too low, even if most of the time im not doing shit myself.

Haha we should get 1 or 2 added. I think 4-5 seems fit for our guild. Yesterday onward Chopporz requested to take care of calling out CDs. I think his voice is actually very suitable :D.

I think we should go for it, at least for the healing officer position and we and Chopporz can both see afterwards if we want to take it to the next step which would be becoming an officer.
