I updated ranks on the roster

officer who is raider now (tooth)
officer who is social (gringo)
raider who is officer (wheiler)

I may adjust few things. Officers do not have permissions set and its wrong. Gonna change that.
If some people not officer needs to have access, thank you to list them.

Btw, there's some non-sense in the roster :

Whats the rank 3 and 4 ? 10 peeps rank 3, 10 peeps rank 4

We got raiders who did not log on forums for months ! ciocolax pepsy, glmod, rysler (still in guild ?), zeross.

Roster needs a big cleanup

This change has one downside though....
I can't change people from social --> trial --> raider etc... as i can't manage those groups anymore...

Gly...why did you made it so complex??? Now I can't change ppl's rank anymore.... Who cares that you have site admin role. I'm sure you don't destroy stuff on the site.

Put Bekman, Pepsy, Crispii, Emyrus and Bombvoyage on social
Derpspree, Jonnoj, Fibre and Norriz on raider. No clue who Tyof is tbh...

please fix it asap or put it back the way it was. Worked fine. Starts to piss me off I can't put new ppl on trial and such and therefor they can't read guildrules, raid stuff etc etc and then they don't come back to forum at all.

Yetardshand -> social
Tenosaurs -> trial

Sorry the IT security guy in me took over...
The way we usually do it at the office:
Question 1: Can you mitigate the issue by either securing it or re-configuring it?
Question 2: Does the enhanced security adversely affect functionality given to the users and functional admins?
Question 3 if question 2 was true: What is the risk of leaving this open?

I think we can trust the officers not to do any malicious stuff right?
In the end, Haz is the site owner and can always make the supplier correct his admin rights again and since we only have a couple of named (!) users which can be derived from the auditing logs when something bad happens, I propose you just leave it the way it was before you closed it down. makes life easier for everybody :)...

As we would say in the security documents i have to write at work:
Initial Risk: High
Mitigations:
- Ownership can be re-acquired through vendor by registered owner
- Only named users with specific permissions are able to edit these
- Actions are logged in an audit log and actions can be traced back to their initiator

Residial Risk: Minimum

TL;DR: Just make it like it was before :D

Well if that is your question.... :D
Ask that one! :D

For my information... What does the site cost? I vaguely remember donating some cash last year...

Hmmzz.... Is that in Euro's or Dollars?

I mean... I still have some site hosting laying around somewhere which is about 5 euro's a month...
How are the export possibilities of this site? I mean... The forum must be based on something like PHPBB or SMF right?

Dollars dear :D
you cant manage the site like u'd do and i'd do. Everything is embedded in module.
roughly, its for common peeps, not IT's like us.

Gonna cancel the sub to tranfer the ownership, the sub end 9 Feb. It gives us a bit of time before having ads, pop ups and restricted features ;)

Waiting bulli's mail :)
