This is Zagrats suggestion (see forums).

We are raiding three times a week with a total of 9 hours. If we end up doing Heroic too much longer, we will lose even more players. I don't think our players care much at this stage about whether its a full guildrun or not. They just want to raid and see mythic.

If we can organize something with a different guild going into mythic to setup joint mythic raids, it would be a more stable and engaging experience for all of us including all the raiders. We could do this joint mythic raid and keep recruiting while we are raiding.

It ensures
1) Mythic raids
2) Higher experience / Progression
3) More time to recruit and build a mythic team

Once we have our team with 20+ people, we could split again and continue our raids. What do you guys think? I suggest we put this to practice ASAP with the highest priority on the list.

Maybe, not sure if it will work on the long run.

I talked with that kitten guild guy yesterday for abit and he seemed cocky for 2 mythic bosses down ;) Seems they only got first down after 1,5hrs also.. mayby look for another guild to do it with? a smaller guild than us would be optimal we might absorb them later ;)
