Edit: Questions for ya... Whats the deal with Amby, Is she aware that she is getting pushed to the side til she is geared a bit? Is she ok with it? Is it purely due to gear... or is her healing low? What level of gear is acceptable?

Just a note for Wheiler, we kinda pushed you onto backup lastnight to get around a potential "unhappy Elders", due to the previous raid he was put on backup for late signup although this wasnt communicated to everyone at this point that we were starting to do this, so as you were running a bit late lastnight we pushed you onto backup to avoid an issue.

So, just to make ya aware that the backup you had lastnight was an official backup and not a slacking backup.

Yeah, I spoke to her when she first joined and said we'd help her to gear up where we could. Also when we swapped her out on Thursday and she was actually quite relieved!

Well tbh i think i should speak with her a bit.

Resto shaman needs to go for diffrent stats depending on healing team(I'm not 100% sure bout this,but it kinda seems useless to stack mastery if raid is full hp all the time(and this is due to op absorbs from paladins and priests).She got 1 glzph wrong.

But her low healing might be low nly caus of gear.
And guys pls try to get online on sunday so we can do MSV HoF ToES.
