He is behind on progress and with the ring. got 4 set which is huge. Need to buy bracers as 655 bracers is not acceptable with the current access to a his bis one.

We could use another warlock but depends on what you think maybe try him out on wednesday for some easy boss?

Actually, i'll be more blunt here. I vote for decline. This guy definitly does not have what it takes.

1. He has no raiding experience what so ever. Anything in Woltk or before, forget it. He has only do BRF HC.
2. He mentions that he wants to strive to do his best as possible; then end up forgetting to enchant neck, not considering 685 bracers etc? And he expects to join a fucking mythic guild? Seriously?
3. His UI resembles someone who totally doesnt give a fuck. It really makes veins pop out of my head.
4. Lack of gear.

Please guys, this guy is DEFINITLY not up to the standard we should have for recruits.

IMO!

For me he was already a decline when he said he spent his gold on game time instead of bracers. To have 655 gear at this level is embarrassing.
