Sorry for posting this so late, was ment to happen way in advanced.. Reguardless of that fact, this guy lacks some serious EXP as we pretty much have six kills while he has Nada. Even so, he seems to know what he is doing, and we need more people like that in guild to advance further.

Compared to my own gear, he is only one ilvl behind, but he is also using some bad items with versatility. Which I was finally able to remove, this last week.

I vote for accepting him, and trying him out on wednesday.

Agreed! On paper he looks like the type of players we are searching for.

Accept him Twim, and make him show for tomorrows raid.
