As we all are aware Tuesday's raid attendance is crap atm, so we better find another day to raid. Pls answer the poll.

its nice that u do a poll but u have to change it.

u must add :

_ we keep raiding on tuesday (whenever doin if sign up follow)
_ we stop to raid 3 times per week till next patch and just do monday-thursday

Why i say u that ? i think people just want mainly to see content \ kill all normal bosses. The frontier between social and hardcore is thinner and thinner. If people doesnt have motivation to do more HM, there's no point changing raid days.

Discussion goes like this :

_ After efforts, we are too good for normal and it gives us the possibility to raid 2 days instead of 3 and see content. If u work hard to get normal bosses done, u'll have a free day of vacations , the free tuesday.

_ We dont do enough efforts on HM to clear everything. Ive got the conviction we'd kill every HM bosses if we were raiding 4 times a week.

_ And actually, we raid 3 times a week, just between the 2 last statements. we override normal and almost does not work HM. The tendancy shows we are getting closer & closer to the first statement.

FINALLY \ PERSONNALY : i dont care:) raiding less gives me time to watch movies, be with my son. Doin HM is a challenge and i like it. I'm used to raid tuesday but sunday is also ok. I dont want to raid 4 times a week, 3 is already too much but i do it. I sign, i show, i tank.

Up to you :) but it needs to be discussed. Raiders have to choose and stick to their decisions. Gringo \ officers need to know to lead us on the path of the next patch.

My personal opionion:
At this point in playing wow, I just want to see the content, do not really care about Heroic mode content.
I raided 5 nights a week for a long time, all the way from MC and BWL, and then again as soon as TBC hit. Doing 5 nights a week raiding from tbc till Ulduar hit made me realize the extreme time consumption it does require to be hardcore, and I do not fancy it.

I'm happy with clearing normal mode and gearing up so we can hit Deathwing with the best possible preparation, I'd rather have fun and be motivated, which I must honestly say - I do not feel very motivated when it comes to heroic progressnights.

That being said, if alot of people are passionate about doing Heroic Modes, I will of.c put in my best effort for the team.

As for raiding 3 nights a week, it will be near impossible for me. I can raid 2 nights a week, and possibly a 3rd - if my gf is working.
But that as good as it gets.

At the end of the day we're all here for fun.

What is fun for you, only you can decide.


edit: sundays, but I think my raididays would be still the same: mondays and thursdays.

I do feel that people are losing focus and not signing so much with 4.3 around the corner, and maybe the answer is to do only 2 days for the next few weeks or so, but there is still the issue that Tuesdays seem to be a bad day for some ppl.

Atm we have a few AFKs, due to babies/vegas holidays/etc and this hits us harder on Tuesdays due to it being a day that some cannot do, but what we are trying to do is get this cleared up and sorted out before 4.3 hits, so we have the best days possible to raid on.

Fine, we can accept that some ppl cant do 3/3 days, and we have cover for most this pretty much (as long as all the 2/3 sign'ers dont all sign out on the same day), but to be honest the above posts dont help us pick a day that suits everyone the best, so...

PLEASE STATE WHICH DAY WOULD SUIT YOU BEST TO REPLACE TUESDAY!!

Wednesdays are reset days which in most cases ppl are exited and tend to be there Vs Tuesdays where is 1 day b4 reset and ppl tend to cba to kill leftovers with reset so close. The benefit from raiding Wednesdays is that if for some reason u need an extra raid you have Tuesday open as an option (maybe for a hardmode or a boss leftover that you want to down).

Personally i prefer Wednesdays over Tuesdays but im able to join both depending on what majority decides.
