He's balance (564 ilvl) but willing to reroll resto (558 ilvl) and can apparently play tank (but doesn't have gear at the moment)

I'm not sure. We probably don't need him as DPS in Millhouse and almost certainly Murloc don't want more DPS. Having said that, we could do with a healer (especially as Customer is not looking like the answer) and he could be useful as backup DPS/healer/tank for either team.

I say that we at least offer him a social spot (as he wants to leave his current guild), just not sure about anything more than that for now.

And for Customer i don't know what to say. my be hi just lack the exp. and some gear.
bhut i think it's to early after to raids to judge some one.

we have all been trials and know how that feel's. people can be nerves and oder stuff. trying to find the selfs to fit in the guild to.
just be cause we have been lucky whit cow and suker, (and toot of healing) dos not mean that we can be so hard core whit
oder people ( new people).

mybe get max and toot to have a chat whit customer. figer out whats going on and oder stuff.

Had a look into his logs and have to say that it isn't bad. Only some small change should be enough. Also, and its not because i am a healer and want to back up other healers, but malkorok isn't rly a fight where you can decide if someone is good enough or not. Too many rng. And the personal responsebility for the individual player is rly high that fight. It prolly are the nerfs also. Its a friend of nikee right? Or from his previous team?

We will give him few more raids and i'll craft blt for him.

I vote accept for team millhouse as a social, he can be on trial as a resto when he gets 2 healing trinkets ( lfr/flex/normal/timeless isle or reputation even). Maybe you can even give him a dps spot for the fights that drop his healing trinket if the other healers dont need it ofc.

Only thing that i dont like is that he had an alt wispering me if this alt could join the guild. When i asked who his main was it turned out to be this guy... I didnt find that very amusing but i guess he is very eager to join Icon.

I vote for yes.
why?
1. He does have knowledge of every spec.
2. Cow isn't able to raid atm so a good resto druid can't harm (soz don't wanna decide for millhouse ofc just giving my opinion :P) i know he lacks a bit gear for resto but a few pugs should do the trick.
3. Boomkin spots are taken by rly good players but since we wanna go 25m and it is around the corner imo. we need more dps to get a complete team and some step-ins! last wednesday we alrdy could've started 25m, there were enough people online so with a few more players we can go in a few weeks.
4. Like i said, meccero said that he was a skilled player and that he would not vouch for a player cuz he is a 'nice guy', he vouch for him because he is equal in skills.

(i know we are quite full atm but with a bit luck he gets a chance and it end all good, otherwise, he can always leave if he doesn't like our 'Queue time' for our 10m's hehe )

I stand by my original suggestion. Get him in as a social with a view to using him as a healer

sorted then in as a social atm.

Can someone talk to him first? He needs to have an explanation of what we are doing first as he didn't apply as social.
