Well as 5.4 is near we need to think about this.

So in general people that didn't look what flex is u can comapre it to ICC 10 man(whic would be like flex gear) and ICC 25 man(whic would be like noramal in MoP).

Do we want maybe to setup one day for guild flex run?(There will be some big upgreads there for us)

i did not read anything about "compatibility" of flex and normal. If u get saved in normal, can u do flex ?
Does flex limited to 6-10 or it can work on the tier 11-25 ?

Cause if it works on 11-25, it'd be much better to gear more peeps and get a little feeling of "25men", more than 10 i should say :)

what will be ilvl of normal 10 and flex 25 ?

Moreover, i'll clearly come back on 5.4 tho, as u got a particular setup and needs, i'd rather gear again in flex first than in normal.
my intention is not to slow down ur progression :) nor kick shalck.

LFR, Flex and normal are separate lockout.

Flex is 10 to 25 man which makes it great to get socials geared up.

But we do need to kick Shalcker... Sorry, I like him but he is too disruptive, self centred, selfish and not a team player.

I think i read someone that it will be possbile to flex with 8(it willč scale like u have 10 people).
So basicly any number of people between 10(maybe 8) to 25 can join and then it scales depending on how much people u have in.
Ilv is same for all gear(not sure whic it is but my guss would be let's say that ToT got flex LFE is 502 noraml 522 so flex round 512).
Loot system same as lfr,Coins work there and u can get ach from normal there(specific ach for fight).
But there will be min ilv(I guess) so Haz it would be good for u to join us on nights when we clear normal ToT I can pass u my spot .

Confirmation today that flex raid will be released at same time as normal modes.

They said the first part will but they also said it will be as lfr with only some bosses a week and will unlock faster than lfr, but as always you cant take what they say early in the ptr to what really comes out

read that as I wrote it, just wanted to say that before they said it would come abit slower than normal

Ghostcrawler gave us updated plans: Flex Wing 1 will open on day 1. Heroic and LFR Wing 1 will open Week 2. Normal will not be gated in any way other than the normal no skipping of bosses or wings.
