Story as short as it needs to be ;)

Thynite wanted to leave because he felt like he wanted to progress faster than at the speed we are going. This resulted in him not enjoying the game as much, and if he hadn't taken any action he would end up quitting the game. He therefor chose to search for other possibilities in raiding guilds.

I would also like to address that we haven't heard any word from Norriz, which means that there is also the possibility that Norriz was hacked. However, as time passes the story will unfold and we will know more.

As I said in TeamSpeak, this may be a small setback in terms of tanking but we will recover and move on.
