In WotLK she did not heal enough, she is too negative and she suffers on fights where you have to be mobile. I suppose that she saw the post about Leyo and thought she could fill the spot, but I think we need to come up with a valid reason we don't want her. Can we say that we want a druid healer and Leyo leaving was handy for us to be able to recruit one?

Im just gonna mirror the things said above. I do feel a bit sorry for her tho, we have (or at least I have) been very blunt with her these last few months, still she has been (annoyingly) persistent. I have problems completing a full HC with her without biting my knuckles, Im sure raiding with her will bring the same kind of pain.

I prefer the "we want more hots" tactic then just saying to her face that she is just not good enough, hard thing to do. Preferably we get another Priest app that is better then hers so that it makes sense to choose someone else of the same class. Just giving a plain NO is harsh.

I wouldnt mind playing with 3 druids tho, it is not a disaster for the balance (although far from ideal), both of the other healers want one.

Well, in all fairness to Dark as far as heroics go, we always seemed to have the same problems with Leyo healing as Dark, so I do think there is something wrong with disc priests atm. But yeah, I have to agree that movement fights always seem to be a big big problem with Dark.

Well it would sort the Flummy issue, and the recruitment posts are already out there, so I say go go go and replace him if still slacks and we get a good replacement for him with time.

OK, let him back in, gives us a reason to decline Flummy. Keep recruitment open for another healer though, make druid a priority. That will give us backup and rotations which I think we need.

I suggest someone talks to her rather than posting at the end of her app. I'll do it when I catch her unless someone already has?
