OK, slightly inflammatory title but it got your attention right?

I just wanted to discuss the Jinkar/Ungnak situation. So I was very surprised to find that he was added to the calendar and then the raid yesterday. Not because of his gear or skill (he's actually excellent and we could use him in the team as a proper member) but the fact that he was added with no discussion. I have brought this up before and we all agreed that in future we would discuss matters like this, yet here we are again.

So first the calendar invite: I ask you, if he is not a raider, why is he added to the invites?

Secondly for the raid last night: He appeared again without any discussion (at least any that I saw) for the reason of "he wants to rank". In my opinion that's a pretty shit reason to invite him and gives a big slap in the face to other raiders too.

Just to clarify something, if he wants to apply to be a raider, then I'm happy to accept him right away, but if we're adding random people to the raid, it makes the raider rank pretty pointless.

I forgot to mention it actually, my bad. He only joined for 1 raid for logs, thats all. I shouldve mentioned.

i think you did mention it last night saga, hog propably missed it and i was not going to give him any loot.

I was suprised of his performance i did he joined alt raids in the past and wasnt as good. Is he using the logs to apply to another guild or any chance we might get him to apply as raider?

OK, I think my main point has been kinda ignored here anyway. Never mind, I will move on.

Explain what has been ignored?

From what I understood, your point was to discuss everything together so that all officers are always up-to-date with each other and we present a united front against the rest. I didn't think the Ungnak point was a big deal and apparently I still mentioned it before the raid. OK, my bad for not doing it before I invited him to the calendar. I inform many things as much as I can in advance, this has improved a lot since the last time we had this discussion.
