His gear sms a bit low plus he doesn't have mic(i did read whole app fro now)

5.1 content is about to end and his gear is way too low considering ur actual progression. He misses gem and enchants.
Take him if u r desperate or if u want a new social.
But there's honestly no chance he can be on par with you guys.

The minimum ilvl should be around 476-478 with full lfr gear + sha. When u want to seriously raid 10men, u do lfr at least.

I would say min 480 but ok:(as we are soon starting with hc MSV).

the gear is a little low and I think we dont need another warlock atm either, think it will be hard for us to gear him up too make competetive dps with the rest of us

Not really Hazzy! I grouped up with this guy to do Klaxxi dailes and just got chatting. Seems nice guy, may be worth a social spot with a possibility of using him as filler.

Yeah, I'd say social for this guy. Not sure if he'll take it but worth a try.
