As from next Thursday (24/11/2011), people will not be able to sign in/out for raids after 04:00am on the day of the raid, this is to ensure that any changes to the raid team sign-ins do not go through un-noticed and to enable us to plan raids & setup teams throughout the day, without the hassle of getting to raids to find that ppl have suddenly signed in/out meaning we have to revise the raid team at the time at the last minute and re-adjust any backups, etc.
If anyone needs to change status for the raid, or if they wish to let us know that there is a chance they will be late, or anything we need to know, then these notes should be posted on the forum (we will create a new section dedicated to this shortly)
Anyone failing to sign in/out by the cut off time may not get a spot on the team, though if we have not sorted the team out by the time they change their status then there is a good chance they will be included.
We will also start posting the teams on the forum prior to the raid for people to see, so that people will know if they have backup due. Though we would appreciate that if people could still be around at raid start time even if on backup to ensure we dont have any unexpected gaps in the raid.
