Well.for a few days now i am having some problems with my laptop and internet wireless connection.it disconnects me and when i try to reconnect it doesn t work and says it is an access point or wireless ad aapter issue.i updated my wireless driver and still same problem.and the router is ok,since i got a diff laptop and 2phones that are working with it.any ideas?

wireless is non sense for games :)

Use a RJ45 cable ! :D at worse, find, borrow and plug a wifi usb key to test it.


Else u can browse forum and looks for ur symptoms.

But anyway, wireless is shit :) it's a guilty pleasure tho

Got to agree with Haz if you're using laptop for wow, wifi is bad for latency etc. But for suggestions for fixing it, I'd make sure drivers are up to date. Beyond that there's not much else to try. Rarely, the router may be having issues so may be worth turning it off for 5 minutes and trying again. If none of that works, try Haz's idea of usb stick. Last gasp might be to wipe laptop and reinstall windows.

tried with updating drivers..restarting router etc...installed windows now and installed the updated driver for the wireless...if this doen`t work..most likely my wireless driver from the laptop is fucked.hopefully not

ur wifi onboard card may be half dead. Got the same syndrom on my Acer netbook. Had to stick a usb key instead cause original card is seeing network but cant stay connect.
