A few things...

1) Raidtimes. Are they changing to 20:15/23:15 or does it stay like this? make a decission pls cuz nothing is happening.
2)If we have to sign up for raids on the forum for invites, don't start inviting the others who didn't signed up on the forum. That was the whole point right? wasn't rly happening last wednesday.
3) Officers roles, still nothing cleared up about who does what.
4) Downtime during raids is huge, Wednesday it was 48 minutes total downtime excl break. That is not acceptable. I had an insane amount of whispers about that.
5) Put more raids on the forum to sign. Tomorrow is new raid and people still can't sign up. (y i can put it up myself but im not able to raid on sunday anymore so an officer position is maybe out of bounce for me.
6) Can we change the thursday raid in HC since we prolly start Mythic on wednesday?
7) Trials, i think some has passed trial. Speaking of noobzlord, maybe derpspree?

Pls all officers reply on this cuz its time to fix these things!

I think that we should stop at 23 since we know that people do not have focus longer until 23.

But and launch the raid at 8:15 p.m.. is quite ok for me. then we have 15 minutes less and do things but then we can also push that we should not have so much downtime.

Regarding noobz and derp. I'm not so sure derp. believes noobz deserve to become raider.

1) We can change it 15 minutes later and end 15 minutes later. It's only 15 minutes. Ppl aren't gonna lose focus if you switch times a bit. No I don't wanna have less raidtime.
2)I didn't understand that either but didn't wanna make a fuzz about it. Lot of people got invited and not even signed the post we agreed on. Also, didn't we speak of going 20 man instead of 20+?

4)The downtime was long, yes. Also because of epgp. But not 48 minutes, that's nearly impossible. Will go better every run. But yeah, there's a lot of unneccesary chitchat during whipes. If people complain about it, they should whipe faster, release run and eat/buff. Lot of ppl slack on that or go ninja afk and then complain about downtime.

6) Imho no. And I say no because I can't raid on thursday, also it's a bit to much to force ppl in 4 days raid. Normal is a quick fun run for some minor upgrades and maybe achievs. We could also gear alts with it. Anyway, it's not a mandatory raid. We also still need a lot of gear to do mythic. My suggestion is to clear HC wednesday and maybe start Mythic right after if we're fast enough or continue/start mythic sunday. Good guilds run Mythic with an ilvl of 670+. We're not even close to that.
BUT, if other officers wanna run HC/Mythic on thursday as well then it has a go I guess.
