We still have a few trials

Celvink, Derpspree, Emyrus, Winslet, Zalunyah and Pèpsy
Wont account Norriz there yet.

We also have Bekman and Zeross. I guess Zeross is not coming anymore and Would love to know the situation on Bekman
as I havnt seen him in awhile.

Zalunya and pepsy still keeps doing silly misstakes and really will become a problem once we get to mythic. Kinda need to have reliable Hunters as they are the class to use when range need to handle something. Pepsy isnt reliable as noticed during todays raid, Was told one thing, did the complete opposite.

Zaluunyah and pepsy are realy pissing me off tbh. Zaluunyah always stay on the wrong sides and gets shitload of unnecessary dmg. Pepsy never seem to listen or is freaking clueless. He doesn't understand the concept of prepotting or just refuse to use it. Check pots used on all fights. On some he's on 1 and most fights just 0, while others are on 2 with most fights. Haven't analyse the logs completely, this was just a quick look on those 2.

Celvink can be promoted imho. He listens now, takes advise and shows up all times. Does decent healing, altho most his high hps comes from uplifts (small heal on 12+ ppl and not lifesaving).

Haven't looked at derp yet. I know his friends boost and gear him, but gear doesn't equal skill.

Emy is sick, but I'm not sure about him. He's very unreliable atm and afraid he only shows up when we farm shit so he can gear easily.

Winslet has rl shit, but should be back soon. I realy hope he does, he's a good raider.

Have no clue about zeross and bekman. Bekman isn't even on same server.

Pepsy - has had warnings from me before about pots. Simply not good enough.
Zalunyah - How can he AGAIN take the thing on Koragh? Jesus....
Celvink - Good for promote.
Derp - Still not convinced about him. Need a melee person to give some input.
Emyrus - Yeah, need to find out what's going on there before we make a decision.
Zeross/Bekman - Both have had their chance and lost it, social spots only.

My thoughts:
Pepsy - Really wants to be better but just fails
Zalunyah - Done with him. Any words uttered about him are too many.
Celvink - No comments
Derp - Not very communicative and can't convince me at the moment
Emyrus - Not sure. Has big stories about stuff but even when he was there he falls short performance wise.
Zeross - Already demoted him to social in a pissed off rant i had last week when he again signed, but didn't show
Bekman - No raiding spot. I know he's a good player, but unreliable for showing up...

Conclusion: We might need to recruit another hunter to replace pepsy?
