I'm up for promoting him. Keeping people too long in trial will only give negative consequences.

How did the conversation regarding his attitude with him go, Warelord?

We said to promote him after raid, but warlord left halfway into raid. And when he wasent back or whatever happened, I think all of us forgot about it. Promote him asap, trial should have ended long ago.

I was there for the end Twim. Just had to go for half an hour mid raid. But he were a lot bettet on wednesday only that he still insist on using 100buff flod and still not buffing horn of winter.

Either way we should just get the promotion done at start of next raid. It's way too long now. I had a chat with him about all this stuff and he accepted it all, we just need to keep an eye on him.

Conclusion: Thynite will be promoted at the start or end of the upcoming raid on Sunday 24th of May 2015.
