Doesn't want to make an application but spoke to him on Teamspeak.

He says he can do moonkin but doesn't have great gear for it at the moment.

Don't like the fact he couldn't be bothered doing an application. Don't want to give special treatment to him either.

But we need a boomkin, but his gear for it is not good atm? For me its a maybe, but I still remain kinda towards a no unless he actually make an application. the rest of us have done it and if we do this once people are going to ask for it more often.
