Dont have any idea about teaming team atm. But we have no paladin right now he might be a bit behind in gear tho.

He used to be a really good healer (him and I were paladin healers together in TBC) but not played with him for a while. He did have a tendency to go AFK in the middle of fights but that was due to his job which I think he has sorted out. Worth asking about this if we choose to accept.

However, Chopporz also wants to go holy spec. Argh!

So on one hand we will have too many healers, but on the other we will have healers to choose from and can drop the shit ones (do we have any, Micox perhaps?!)

Don't think we have much room for more healers. We have too many already and fibre switched to monk.

Can we figure out who's able to raid 3 days a week, we need to aim for mythic.

Well imo.. any new healer we recruit must be available 3/3 days for mythic.
It's no use to have people only raiding 2/3 and having a mixed (sub-)optimal comp on some days...

lol :) Bulli, gly do a small calc and tell me how many players u need for a mythic team with a 3/3 raid to get screwed :))

About crispi, i had a long talk with him yesterday and he do not intend to raid from work (that answer hog). As healer he knows his job and do it well. He's undergear cause he still did not suceed to raid. He wants but never get an invite. Evenif is one of the oldest iconian still in the guild, he made somehow an app to get noticed. :) i'll stop there, theres too many things to say.
