We also need to talk about raid loot rules...
Basicly, up untill mythic I'd prefer Personal Loot. That way we don't have to deal with stuff and we have no disagreements or powergearing stuff to deal with...

Seems this is the post to stick with! Anyway, I'd say:

Normal: Personal
Heroic: Don't care, happy to go with personal
Mythic: Loot council or a variant of DKP. If we go with DKP then I suggest EPGP. Also, will need someone to come up with the rules ASAP, any volunteers? I can steal some from Apex if you need a base set to start with?

Maybe talk about the rules of the mythic system later tonight as I think most of us (if not all) is going to be here for atleast a few minutes

Idc, at the end, we all get loot. I care about prog.. Let 2 people decide what sort of system icon is gonna use and accept it. Not rly a thing to let 100 people decide about. Personal is most easiest and i think fastest way to gear.

Wouldn't anything but personal loot be better choice?

If we use ML (or anything but personal loot) gear won't ever got vendored caus it will got someone else for MS or OS or in worst case it'll get DE-ed for mats and put guild bank. If u use personal and u get same item with same stats(exactly same stats) u won't need it but someone else might need it.

Last raid I got a shitload of ppl whispering me, questioning when are we gonna change to ML. They see a lot of ppl having luck getting 3 or more epics and are empty handed themself. I know it's only our 2nd week now. But I think we should consider switching to ML this reset.

No, it's not for myself (altho I'm unlucky too with this system). I'm more then happy to pass on items, I just want progress.

Also we should look around for a DKp system or something for mythic runs. Since we're getting close.

Idd bulli imo its time to switch to ML and use dkp. EPGP , if you install it as RL you see the value of the items. Dont know it atm but lets say you earn 500 points per raid, and when you get loot, that value drops your currency. After a few raids you'll have a nice ladder. No raid no points, standby earns points also, leaving mid raid, 250p. Downside for epgp is that if people miss a raid, and were finally on top for loot. The are behind again so you still have to make some calls on loot. You also can keep the current points viewable in peoples note. But at the end, loot will always be a hell, also with lootsystem like dkp/epgp.

I think we said on TS several times we are moving to master loot for mythic, if people didn't hear that, tell them to listen up!

But anyway, lets try DKP or EPGP for Wednesday. I have only used EPGP before. We can try using these:

Raid Start Times
Offical Raid Start Time is 21:00
Invite time is usually around 20:40. So from 20:40 onwards you should not be stuck doing anything that isnt easily stopped.
You must be in Raid group at 20:55 or you will be considered as Late (see attendance system below)
When in the raid group you must be at the instance and be ready by 21:00 (unless no instance has been chosen by the Raid Leaders)

Raid Attendance System
Initial attendance is taken at 20:55 you will be awarded 3 points (4 on a Monday).
If you are late (anytime after 20:55) you will be given 1 less point.
If you have to go early then you will be deducted 1 Point
Attendance scores can be Tracked from the 'Attendance' link on the Member Section

EPGP Rules
Although the guild provides flasks and food buffs for raids, every player should try to ensure they have their own raid consumables. Continued failure to be buffed and ready for boss pulls may result in EP forfeiture or in extreme circumstances rank demotion.

Loot Priority (Rank/EPGP)
Loot will be distributed based on a few things.
Primarily Rank. Raider have loot priority over other raiders despite EP.
Member however will take priority from Raider when the Raider has looted more then 3 items on the Member and is below on Priority.
Secondly EPGP Score. When two players have the same score the item is rolled on by the players with the highest score.
Thirdly, Offspec gear will be given out based on the same system as Mainspec, but Raid Leaders will on occasion prioritise one player over another if they feel the guild will benefit more from another players Off spec

Subs
Subs earn all the Attendance and EP that Grouped raiders earn provided they are attentive. Subs must stay grouped, but are given the option to log on alts while staying responsive on TS. Failure to respond to contact on TS or whispers in game will result in removal from raid and deduction of raid attendance and EP from that time onwards.

Raid Kicks
In extreme circumstances there may be reason for the Raid Leaders to remove a player from the raid group. No attendance or EP will be awarded from that point on.
Mistakes will be made, and recognised as such but abuse of others in any way will be settled outside of the raid. You may be approached later by an officer to discuss your behaviour or performance, but try to leave any issues till after the raid.

EP Awards :

Tier 17 Heroic Raid Content : 6 EP
Tier 17 Mythic Raid Content : 6 EP
Tier 17 Heroic /Mythic Raid progress boss kill : 12 EP

GP Costs :

T17 Token : 12 GP (24 Mythic)
Raid Epic : 6 GP (12 Mythic)
