Well i have no idea what is hapenning in the last couple weeks with the teams but if i recall correctly we had only one proper raid with a decent setup.Anyways to the point, i am dealing with serious personal problems and for me playing this game is like a place where i can leave all my problems behind and forget for a bit of them all.So,long story short i really hate us not being able to raid and tbh i for one can t see any big changes in the short future.This makes me to only have two choices: stop raiding of find another place where to raid.I can t see myself quitting the game,at least not now,so I would love to see a change because I am sure that no guild would make me feel this good like you guys did.I am open for discussions,suggestions etc but something needs definitely to change.

We got a very good mage last night to add to the team, add in Cherry and we should be good to go. I think with those we are way more stable. What do you guys think?

We should be more stable now.We can even try to recruite one mnore as cherry uis 2/3 rading.

Also when Velcat stabilises his connection, healing will be sorted. Our only 'problem' is not having a third tank, but I think we are fine on that score.

We have elders in practice.And btw most of people weren't able to raid due to their real life problems or real life obligations.
You kinda can't expect people will just tell to their boss fuck off I'm rading tonight.I know it's been nad raids for like almost a month now but thing is that we had hard time recruting,then fiber and his sing outs,klimen who is able to raid 7 days a week now isn't(and he never inforemd us until we asked him).
When vel gest his internet ,and if we take cherry as a trial(whic we need to disscucs) we will have solid team.Think our raid team will be 13 people then(correct me if I am wrong).So we can affored 1 more ele shaman/mage/lock to be safe(but that will bring back heavy backup rotations(whic better then not raiding at all)).
