We discussed in /o. And we have 3 druids already +3 monks and a rogue. 4 druids is a bit silly imho when we can use that spot for a spriest for example. I even consider taking another rogue, but a 4th druid...nah. But if you wanna bring him in, be my quest. I'll go on the bench for a while then. Besides the leather it's also 7 ppl needing the same (without him) tokens out of 20.

Just wierd people just go and decline prematurely. And bulli you can take in a rogue but not a druid? What is the gear diffence?
If that is gonna be a reason the we have to decline monk too cause right now if you look at the spreadsheet we got a lot of Warrior shaman monk junter token and having 8 of leather users is not a valid reason to decline. rogue uses the same gear except for ring and those. Which a dps shouldnt use the same as you either way most of the time. But dont like that we make assumptions?

But sorry if I sounded mad or anyhing in this post but last time I checked we actually are 5 officers.

Dont care if we discuss here or on ts which weve done before but think we need better communication or why bother having more than one officer who decides recruitment
The hunters gad atleast 3 yes out of five and I dont think anyone disagrees there to tired for this now but you decide. Im to tired now and what ive done today doesnt help here see you tomorrow

The hunters had 5/5 vote. Or at least 4/5 this afternoon before they got in. I think we should balance the classes, don't like going with 4 druids. They are not even top dps, so there's no reason to bring more then absolutely necessary imho. I even think that more then 2 of each class is too much already, but that's just personal taste. To be more fair, don't even like having 2 rduids. I prefer pala/priest/druid/shaman and monk. But it's just the way it is atm. Why should we accept him, but not bring cowazaki?

Anyway, I'm getting to tired to go into discussion all the time on everything.

BTW, me answering here doesn't make it my decision. We had discussion in /o. I didn't check who was online, but atleast gly was for sure.

Make a vote and see what comes out of it.

One more thing, I thought it was safe to decline him. Since we declined cow and the recruitment for druids is "closed". And yes, I understand we need to discuss these things with all officers. Also I think we have to react faster on applications. Some things are open forever, and no post to be found altho somebody replies to the applied that it's under discussion. Already complained about that earlier.

Not saying we just should accept him but when people are auto declining without actually talking about it, we are doing something wrong as officers.

We did not accept Cow cause of the reason you said we already have 2 resto druids. 3 is far more overkill, think we all agree on that one.

Just think most of your reason to not take another druid is hypocritical when you can find spot for a rogue. Last time we had a discussion we said what we had a need for and we said hunters, monk, another boomkin after Emy quit, maybe a holy paladin depending on Choppz and a shadowpriest maybe a dk. Your reasoning to not take in another boomkin is cause they are not good but you want to take in a rogue who arguable are weaker, same loot except rings trinket neck cloak.

get him in for godsake and let's close this discussion

ps, moonkin had lowest prio and that was before we brought in some fresh dps'ers.
