This is setup if we are trying what cow sain on forums if we go 3 healing then It's elgringo or leders on bk insted voima.Or just put me on healing for hc.And then after switch voima in for normals.

Should be me on backup, tbh its a fight where you dont want melee anyhow (especially 2) as there is no room of the platform later in the fight and will only put loads of pressure on the healers

edit: I havent looked at the sign ups for tomorrow yet, but I would suggest that if it looks ok for a team that we spend most of the night on the birdy, last week we kinda pushed HCs aside to focus on clearing and ended up a whole night of people failing on the last boss, was a waste of a night IMO.

If by half way (or later) through the raid its not getting anywhere, then push few a few bosses if you feel like it, but lets not aim for the "must clear the last boss by the end of the lockout" kinda thing imo.

Then first we try 2 healing and if that doesn't work swap gringo out?

Can do that, or instead of messing voima around you could try him as DPS, cant hurt to have more ranged and less melee... plus its a fight thats means to rock for Ele shammies due to the massive burst DPS they have

So, we only need 1 backup now, either way I'm fine if i'm in or not... i'll be around if i am backup incase anyhow. But maybe worth testing voima in DPS on that fight, he can DPS though maybe his gear wont be optimal.

think voima did tell that his dps gear is not the best and hi has not played dps in a while.
