19:30 if its wedneday open /epgp press the decay button on bottom right in /epgp window, only once! it will decay both EP and GP for 10% making new points more valuable.
19:35 Do a ready check and announce "early check" in ts. Check who is inside the raid and in TS on the right channel
- open /epgp and press mass EP award on bottom left of /epgp window, award everyone in raid early for 150ep.
- For each player who was not in raid or ts go over their name and click it so a box, opens, in EP reason select other type not early and value .-150
19:45 Do another ready check and check that everyone is still inside raid and on TS.
- open /epgp and press mass award, award everyone in raid ontime for 300ep.
- For each player who was not in raid or ts go over their name and in EP box, select other type not ontime and value .-300
- Close any character window you have open and click Mass EP award botton left, Select RAID name from the list and type value 150, tick the box Recurring and set time as 15minutes
- If you have any standby players that are not inside the group, shift click their name in /EPGP window so they get standby EP.
Doing loot
- I always do loot from the item thats on top first and then work my way down. Only if there is a normal and warforged version of a item i do the warforged/socket version first.
- Right click on a item that dropped and a popup will go to everyone. Wait untill everyone has responded or timedout
- Check who has highest PR (addon makes them the highest on the listautomatic)
- Check if his trial, if so check if a raider or officer rank is also mainspecing the item, if so award raider the item.
- Right click on the winning players name and award the default GP value, use higher value on weapons.
- If there is no mainspec, check that the people pressing minor upgrade have the same ilvl gear, if not award them the item with the GP cost. If everyone has same ilvl gear equipped give the item for free for highest roller, you can see rolls in the lootmaster window.
- If there was no minor upgrade for offspec check the list of offpsecs who is gearing, if all at same level you see a roll in the lootmaster window, give it to highes roller.
Minus EP
- Open /epgp windows, click character, EP reason -> Other, Value -> -150. Repeat for all failboats.
After raid
- Click Mass EP award in /epgp window, click stop recurring award.
- in /epgp windows clock LOG, then export. Select everything in the window (ctrl-a) copy it, (ctrl-c)
- Go to www.epgpweb.com, login with your google account, select upload from top right, paste the export the the window.
