Push recruting.

It seems that it's pretty hard to find new people so we all should start pushing it.And what do we do with Klimen?
Fiber has singedout,I have feeling we won't see him online anymore.

You don't need to put that as the subject line, it's kind of implying that nobody reads this forum...

As for Fibre, I agree that we'll probably not see him again, and if we do, I don't want him in the team. For Klimen, we use him for now at least, we don't have the luxury of kicking him yet.

Fibre, I say just demote to social.

I spoke with Klimen last night

Coversation was something like:

Me: Hey Klimen, the officers been talking and if you don't start attending more raids, I'm afraid you won't pass trial.
Klim: It's really difficult cos I have to work on Wed and you didn't raid Wed when I joined.
Me: OK, well if you can't raid Wed, we can work something out, but you're also missing lots of other raids.
Klim: I missed 1, 2 MAX
Me: Look, just put a post on Forum and explain when you can and can't make it and we'll take it from there.
Klim: OK, will do. BTW Tooty is a twat
Me: Yeah, I know, we only keep him around so we can laugh at him

I have feeling u edited last 2 msg.I have never heared anyone expect you edd using word twat.

BTW for usage of forums we can do what we said we will do like months ago.

We should post and make 1 word like italic or bold or something an then when it comes to loot we would ask them to say whic word letter or anything was it and if they don't know other gets loot(this she be used only if loot is wanted by more then 1 person) or something else.

if people can bump the kazzak forum post as well. that might also help.
