We will shortly elaborate on all the changes that are in effect from Sunday, 16th of August 2015.
  1. 10min break!
  2. EPGP changes!
  3. The state of the guildbank
  4. A new Healing Officer

1. 10min break!
As discussed in this topic: http://solitudeguild.eu/forum_threads/2200800

We're going to try out the 10min breaks from now on, the break will most of the times be effective between 21.10 - 21.30 so plan things accordingly. Naturally, if the 10min breaks do not work then we will revert back. This also means that the official raid end from now on is 22.35.

2. EPGP Changes
EPGP needed some tweaking and after a bit of discussion between the officers, here are the latest changes summarized:

The following rules have been removed:
  1. Be late more than 5 min after 19.45 without any notification gives a penalty of -150 EP
  2. Be late more than 15min after 19.45 without any notification gives a penalty of -150 EP extra
  3. Be late more than 60min after 19.45 without any notification gives a penalty of -300 EP extra
  4. Failing for the second time on our agreed strategy gives a penalty of -300 EP.

The reason for the removal of these rules is because almost all situations are too unique for us to apply these standard rules as they are intended. We have decided to look upon each situation independently and criticize as required. We have also added a passive bonus to an existing rule to compensate for people who are late after 19.45 not getting any punishment.

The following rule has been modified:
  1. Being inside the raid instance and Teamspeak at 19.45 rewards 300 EP 600 EP (On-time EP).
  2. Failing for the third fail on our agreed strategy When considered that you are failing the raid due to whatever reason, it will result in a removal from the raid and not receiving standby EP until the problem is fixed.*

The following rules have been added:
  1. Being late for the ready-check after the break will result in a penalty of -150 EP.
  2. Being AFK during the trash or randomly without permission will result in a penalty of -150 EP.

These changes are reflected in the Loot System page which you can find on the main navigation bar of our website.

3. The state of the guildbank
As discussed in this topic: http://solitudeguild.eu/forum_threads/2200862

We have decided to have all BoE's that drop on our main raids to be donated to the guildbank. In the case of where a BoE can be used as a Mainspec upgrade, it will be distributed according to our EPGP Lootsystem.

The BoE must be traded or sent to an officer or Economics KING player during or after after the raid.

4. A new healing officer
Chopporz has been assigned as the new leading Healing Officer. He will be in charge of setting the healing team straight in terms of raid cooldowns to be used, assignments to be done. He will also function as a representative of the healers.

We hope that this will bring some more backbone to the healing team which in turn will strengthen our raiding team.

----

We hope to have informed you well. Any questions or statements, please post a reply or whisper any officer for any help or information.

i would prefer a few changes:

The following rules have been added:

Being late for the ready-check after the break will result in a penalty of -150 EP.

or being afk w/o notification during trash or not ready on a ready check

Also i would like to add something about when having similar fails on Mythic bosses -150ep for each fail can be applied when announced first.

Yeah, that sounds like a solid point in terms of being AFK without any notification but I'm also thinking that mostly people do say that they are going AFK and if they don't, they usually have an "excuse" for it. I think if we write this rule down, we should apply it without any exception. IDK What do you guys think?

Also, what do you mean with "not ready on a ready check"? I can't figure it out.

Maybe write it down like being afk w/o permission.

I guess the not ready for ready check is same as above, just like between pulls if we someone is not ready we -ep them as well.

I think that it will do more bad than good, as Hog would say it, to have so many -EP going on for just not getting ready.
