I have 1 firend who is really good player and he would like to start playing again.
He would like to tank but he is ok with dps as range(he's got mage on lv 90 but not geared).
So basicly he asked what we need he will play it(just he wouldn't like to heal).
So can we put him in guild as we got 2 new people.

first :) invite him and set him to social :) then oblige him to write a very short app to present himself to the guild and thats it.

From there, anything can happen !!! :D

Dont know what we need but a off tank that talks would be good, elders didnt like guardian druid a lot and we only have shalcker

I'm always nervous about suggesting what class someone should play. People should pick what they like and stick with it, only those people are usually any good for end game raiding.

Bealive me he is good at anything.

Agree with this, as usually if they play a class/spec we say it ends up not being they class/spec they enjoy.

But if anything, and he really wants to play what we suggest, how about a monk?

But 1 thing... it doesnt mean he is saved a raid spot if it turns out he sucks ass ;P

if we are to look at what tanks we have now is me, harder and shalcker. atleast I think its a pain tanking with shalcker as he do agree with tacts but changes them and dont tell mid fight.
Might be things that is needed but still need to be known to the other tank and the others in the raid.

And we got a warrior tank and a death knight as main tanks 2 high single target threat tanks compared to the others only tanks that goes for survivabilty stats over dps stats still(paladin goes for haste, monk for haste and druids for crit).
And the other 3 being a lot better in aoe tanking than both of us since they have aoe spells in their single target rotation as I have that only on free procs of blood boil I would never use a aoe spell unless needed, Dont know about warriors but I do know they have always lacked in aoe tanking but not as much as it once were.

haveing a monk who is according to most is the best tank right now as off tank might be good and may be better for some fights.

All this is in mind of before the resent ptr patch where dps meta gem and dps cloak was better for druids monks and paladins, they have now made it so they aint as good for tank they proc less often and probably force most tanks to go for the tanking one. this might be a buff to dk and warriors while a nerf to the others. but will help in the survivability for all.

So 17 if we include toothy's mate, that's prolly too many IMO. If Shalker goes we're 16. Maybe only way to get in Totthy's mate is to fail the 2 trials?

i dont mind returning in hardcore social mode like in cata (pete, hog, harder will understand ;) ) and do only flex / fill the gap when needed.

i have to say i agree whit Wheiler a monk woud be good. or a drood tank. and i did speak whit cow the oder day. hi dont know for how longe hi is gonne playe wow. sins hi did start daiting:P so that will set us back as vel or not, sins we got vel.

but we need one moor OT- tank. sins we are getting shalcker out. at some point...

Well i can heal suker can heal box can heal vel can heal and elders can heal.So that's ok.

I will talk with firend then I'll help him blitz leveling if he decideds to level one :P.Think he got druid on 85 but i'd rather have monk as we have 2 druids.

So with Cow going, do we need a new healer? Or we got enough?

Now we have 3 ms healers(suker,vel,box) 1-2 os healers(TOOTHY(:P),elders).

There is chance box will stop playing (i think he said ther is 40% chance he will leave(don't have a clue how he got to that number).
As u said we needed 1 more tank firend will maybe be druid tank.

you got a dk to and I got all tanks except warrior out of only druid being near raid ready but the fact that we will be far behind on legedary quest and will be taking more dmg than with our current mains
