This post is dedicated to shine light on our current situation and to draw our future plans.

First and foremost, on the raid of Sunday, 6th of September, most of the current and active attending players discussed our current situation. As of today, we are left with 10-11 assured raiders and 5 to 8 more non confirmed raiders (Arkkan, Yarah, Exxone, Thrathell, Celvink etc to name a sample). This leaves us in no position to do mythic raiding on a stable basis.

This is frustrating to say the least, not to mention that we have had players quitting from left to right, players leaving with barely to no forward notice.

On todays raid (Sunday, 6th of September), we decided on a new plan that should get us in our feet. We are planning to postpone our raiding schedule for up to four weeks. During these four weeks, we are going to focus on the following: REBUILDING THE MYTHIC TEAM!

During the break, we will hold pug runs (specific target to be discussed in THIS topic e.g. Archimonde Heroic only, last 6 bosses HC only, Mythic pugs only etc). These pug runs are also supposed to serve as a recruitment channel in addition to testing our new recruits and keeping our current motivated raiders busy.

We are also hoping that players that are getting tired of the game should take this break as a moment to step out of the game and take a breath.

I agree we need to take a stepback and get some new blood into the guild. i personally will be helping in any guild recruitment heroic HFC we do as to reiterate what i said on ts i came to this server to raid with this guild and if that requires me to help recruit via pugs to get us raiding as a guild again then thats what i will do.

Personally i hope other raiders of solitude feel the same way and will attend as many of the pug runs as possible so they run as smooth as possiable and give us a better chance to see how potential recruits act and learn while with us.

As for the level of pug we try i suggest we start with heroic to see how things go i imagine pugging mythic would be difficult and could potentially lead to ppl getting fed up ( which we dont want :D )

Anywho those are my views on the matter at present any further ones or anything i think of that can help i will post in this thread in the future :P

Lets get back on track.

As I said yesterday it really is a pain to see people leaving, but again maybe this is a new beginning. We just need people that are dedicated and not leave us because we lose few people. Things will get better and we should be able to rise again!

Lets just try and pug and see what we get, if the team looks good we can try mythic, if not clear hc and try to recruit/gear some newbies;)

There is a guild, Missive, that seems really eager to merge, although the info is a tad old. They currently have 2/13 mythic progress. Even if they still are 17 raiders I think with our 9-10 active raiders its not att too many.

Anyway, just throwing this up into the air to see how it lands.

1. Yarah -- unsure whether he will make a return or not. Contacted him
2. Tzubaki -- old short term raider willing to make a return for Legion. He still has to reapply.
3. Celvink -- Contacted him but no reply as of now 08/09/2015 15:07.
4. Thathrell -- Contacted him but no reply as of now 08/09/2015 15:07.
5. Cibos -- Contacted him but no reply as of now 08/09/2015 15:07.
6. Chopporz -- Returning in 4 weeks time.

Excluding serves a total of 14 players available right now. Our recruitment goals for now is to bolster our ranks with:

1. 2 Tanks, 1 MS and 1 OS.
2. Ranged DPS; Warlock, Elemental Shaman (?), 1 Balance druid etc.

I will write a more clear overview when I have answer from all players I have tried to contact.

Tomorrow we will have a recruitment run happening according to our raidtimes. We will first kill Archimonde 30man and then do a pug run clearing the last 6 bosses or vice versa.

It requires a lot of time and effort to get a new team together, so with the limited time the guildmaster and, I guess the officers, have to devote to this cause things are not looking good. With this in mind I have no high hopes that we can bring together a strong mythic team.

So I guess this is me giving notice. I will stay for at least one lockout and try to help the guild but depending on the outcome I may look for another guild to get my mythic progress, for progress I will.

We are on a break for 4 weeks so nothing dramatic is going to happen during this reset zagrat, so no need to give us time imo.

Anyone else not wanting to waiting as planned please speak up asap so we can adjust to that too.
