I have a bit of an issue I'd like to discuss:

I feel that people in general are lacking focus when it comes to the raids lately.
We have lots of retarded wipes when we are progressing, and alot of sloppy kills even on stuff we have been farming for months.

I don't know why, and I will not point any fingers, but EVERYONE needs to stay focused for the raid time, else you are simply wasting everyones time, including mine. And when I feel that my time is being wasted on raiding with people.... Well, let's just say that I get disapointed.


If you cannot stay focused due to whatever reasons in your real life, you are of very little use to the raid, and you should announce that you can't focus, and therefor should be put on backup.

I won't make this a very long post, but some disussion about this issue I feel is needed.

What can we do to improve our current situation.

I don't know if it's just that Firelands is getting old and everyone is saving energy for Deathwing... But it sure is something.

I'm sure you are saying what quite a few are wanting to say.

Lastnight as you know I had net issues and couldnt make the raid, and at the point of logging on I was getting /Ws from a few of the raiders saying how disappointed they were with the focus of some people. No names were mentioned, but basically saying the same that you say here Panzer... silly pointless wipes.

This needs to stop, it really is just very selfish of anyone who feels they can show up to a raid and not focus on what they are doing, when the rest of the team are there to have fun and try to achieve the kills we are working on.

All I can say is, "I Hope" this is just a case of pre-4.3 slacking, as if this carries on into the start of 4.3 then people we feel are the problem will probably find themselves being removed from raids.

Myself and others put too much energy into trying to organise these raids so that everyone can have fun, and we try to make these raids go as smooth as possible.

So sort it out guys! If you feel that you cant focus in raids for some reason, then PM an officer and we will look at replacing you.

Got the same feeling panzy. It's boring.
