I added some more gameplay trailers. This MMO is one of the few real threats for Blizzard. It is already looking quite good and I'm gonna give it a shot as a sideproject to wow, anyone who wanna join Icon in SWTOR? I hope this competition pressures Blizz to increases their efforts on making Cataclysm good.

Lol, sorry to say but it looks horrible, science fiction, aliens, battle ships, that makes me shiver. I am anything but a fan of that.

Hehe well it is Star Wars, so cant really see it about much else ;)

Its funny though, there havent been many Scifi space 3rd person games that I have enjoyed really, though I did find the beta for Tabula Rasa enjoyable when I tried it (though the game didnt last more than a few months or so when it released hehe) and Alien Swarm i like, though is kinda a casual manic alien blast really, like a L4D but from a fixed 3rd person.

I like the way they have done the combat in SWTOR, with sync'd animations, though quite how good the gameplay and combat actually are you dont really get the feel until you are playing it.

I definately would be tempted to see what SWTOR has to offer, though I always try to take what is shown in development videos with a pinch of salt (not fully believe it).

I would like to see it compete with Blizzard, and I recon at the start it well definately get a lot of attention, though if they have put enough into the game to keep ppl playing long enough to be a proper threat, i guess we can only wait and see.

Personally, i recon the only thing that has can damage WoW, is Blizzard itself.

Doesnt look like they want my money. :(

Have to agree with Gringo. Only Blizzard can damage WoW. World of Starcraft? :)

I use Boot Camp and dualboot both Mac OsX and Windows 7. Gonna run SWTOR on my windows partition unless they decide to support other platforms. I wouldn't recommend gaming with an emulator like Parallels though.

I have a copy of windows XP that I'm not using, I'll gladly lend out my key if you wanna test it. Can even send you my cd Palamin.
