TcpAckFrequency (for 7 here, for xp in da video)

_ click start menu, in the Run field, type Regedit and execute it.

Browse the tree HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\ till u find a key who look like {747C2821-CCD4-476D-85FE-EC70B8C7A834}.

You can see normally inside you IP adress, mask and different parameters.

There, u create a DWORD key named TcpAckFrequency and u set it to 1

That should already lower ur latency a lot. Theres also a tweak for MSMQ but i dunno if it concerns only 7 and vista...
