Off Spec & Alts

Are you capable of playing your Off Spec as well as your Main Spec?
I have 2 PVE specs 1 Restoration and 1 Feral tank. I can play Both and i play'd both in raids.
My specc for Healing is for raid healing like using Rejuvanation, Wild growth, and more AOE things.
if you need me more single target Specc thats ofc always possible then.
Would you be willing to reroll to your Off Spec if the guild needs you to?

I Heard from some 1 that you Raid on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 20.00-23.00 Thats not a problem for me. But i dont raid on wednesday, Friday and Saturday, Most times iam bussy then

A detailed description of your past raiding experience. Go as far back as you can.
I started Playing WoW at end of TBC and started raiding at Ulduar I did this raid full, TOC and TOGC, ICC and ICC HC.
in Cataclysm i Raided all instances and kild all bosses, except in BWD and Bot i did not raided the full HC modes, and in Firelands i did a few HCs.
Any favourite raid fights? Why do you like that/those particular fights?
I dont have a Favourite Fight i like them all

Previous Guilds

What are your previous guilds and what were your reasons for leaving them?
On this server i am only In Horde Defenders the reason i stopt raiding with them is the mutch canceld Raids and Lack of killing new bosses.
Iam still in the guild cause it is a Nice guild to be Social but i like raiding.
On my other server i was in the Mistwater Raiders i raided with them ICC, TOGC, and Ulduar.
At start of Cataclysm i was at A World of Pain, i had there my own raid team and we where raiding BWD and Bot and throne of the four winds,
After the fail of that raiding team, cause people where beieing bad behind my back.
i went after that to Horde Defenders and raidied with them all Cata raids. And with that guild i transferd to this realm Kazzak
Raid Performance and Class Knowledge

What are your personal preference in terms of spec and raidrole?
I like to be the raid healer, i almost dont go out of Mana cause i have always Mana pots and with that i use innervate so i dont go out of Mana, i can keep spamming spels on injured players. My specc is Pure for raidhealing but ofcourse i can keep a tank allive either thats not the problem.
Please explain your dps cycle, or if this doesn't apply, your five most used spells:

What are your current glyphs? Why did you chose to use these glyphs?
Glyph of Rejuvenation, Glyph of Swiftmend, Glyph of Lifebloom, Glyph of Healing Touch, Glyph of Rebirth, Glyph of Innervate, Glyph of Unburdened Rebirth.

this are my Glyphs i use those cause iam mutch AOE healing, so i use mutch Rejuvanation. The Lifebloom glyph i use cause i always set my Lifebloom on tanks and let it expire cause with each heal i regen mana cause of a talent.
Gear: Which stats do you prioritize and why? Do you have multiple gear sets for different specs? Any resistance gear?
The Stats i Have the Most is Intellect and Sprit ofcourse.
I reforge for my Haste capp to 2006+ and if iam above that i start reforging for Mastery.
Which forums/resources do you usually read to learn about wow and your class?
Talking with ingame friends, And they always give forums to me. and we practice toghter when something is new,

I know mutch of computers but a link of a screenshot i dont know how i can set it online:-(, My add ons are: DBM, Qaurtz, Mage nuggets, Omen, Recount, and my healing Ui is just normal wow ui but then with Mouseover=Target, and that works rlly good for me.
Why Icon?

What makes you prefer applying to Icon over other guilds?
You have nice raiding times and nice Raiding Days, Good Bosses kils, and Abl to kill mutch more bosses i believe

Why should we give you a trial?
I know what i must do, I have alrdy good gear, i know all normal boss fight and some HCs, and if i dont know them i will learn them, always prepared, like Repaird, Flask, Potion, Food etc.

That if you guys give me a trial i will show iam worth it. Ansd my Proffessions i did not have the time last year to maxx them. was Bussy raiding and that kind of stuff.

I say give him a shot. Maybe we say that he has time to level his professions before we would promote to full raider.

The glyphs are only minor ones so not a huge problem.

I kinda have a gut feeling about this guy that says something aint quite right, but cant put my finger on it.

But more than happy to try him out, as its something we need, and will help fill our numbers also whilst we trail him.

Also as a side note, Crispi "may be" back raiding from this Monday.

Had key & Vel drag me to the side lastnight in raid during break to have a quick chat about Nejeb.

Apparently he aint the best at moving away from shit, and I must admit he does seem to die a lot

They did say they didnt think he was a bad healer, just that he doesnt move as fast as he should from stuff, which may not be a massive issue on a lot of fights, on the warmaster fight (which is a messy as hell) it becomes a problem.

Anyhow, didnt get too in depth about it lastnight as tbh I was trying to talk as little as possible as my throat is screwed atm :( anyhow, maybe worth having a chat with him (or a proper chat with Vel/Key 1st maybe)

Priest healer from Wildhammer days, she was raiding over here for a bit too but got pissed off when we recruited to replace her. She was a good healer if she didn't have to move, but terrible otherwise.

Oh, and she was Norwegian..... says it all doesn't it? :)

Nejeb is slacking a lote if you ask me!!! mybe thats way hi din't raid mutch in the 25 man guild hi was in. im not impressed whit his attendce!!
i don't know mutch a bout healing. think hi heals ok. Bhut don't know what we shoud do whit him atm!!

Crispi is not doing a great job from what i have seen last week, dunno why, but I aint sure its just down to gear. Plus him working at a hotel whilst trying to raid is gonna cause big problems

Nejeb has been healing well, just not moving fast enough at times when he needs to.

Whatever we decide to do with the guy someone needs to chat with him soon, and a friendly chat.... not a "move or you are out" imo.

Think lastnight didnt go well for Nej's trial, he seemed to start off well, but not for the 2nd half

Had a big chat with Ammenti & Badmutz lastnight after raid, they were both saying that he was failing lots and basically ignoring what we asked about soaking despite being told sevreal times.

Also, the shammy that applied is happy to be resto if needed

then i wot for shammy healer! bhut bad did say that hi can be a prick as well bhut ask bad about that.

yeah, well Bad did say he has been known to be a bit vocal in external raids before (i think thats what he meant)... but tbh to help us progress i am happy to overlook that until it comes up

Think we need to have a chat with Bad and Chezza on Vent to sort this out.
