Me and elder spoke in game. I think this might be a good trial but his gear is still not good enough for raid. Inv as social and award trial once he is geared up?

He really has some gearing up to do and he still needs to rep with all cata factions so id guess this will take some time

Quite happy to allow him in as Harder's social, to help him gear and stuff

With him not being able to do Sundays, it could potentially be a problem, as its still doesn't leave us with too much flexibility on Sundays (though I guess will still leave us with Dek, Key & 1 of the DPS going healing spec (Lol or Elders)

We should ask him specifically if he cannot do sundays, might be he meant fri/sat when he said weekends

Have put him on sign-up for the team on Thursday, he has improved his gear up to 347lvl, though still has his mail bracers but he is doing runs daily to get them replaced.

Trial Re-Started on 28/06/2011

Right... had Xtl grab me tonight, he has had a chat with his Mrs and she has agreed that he has been a good boy and is now allowed to raid again... so if we have a spot then he would like to apply.

He assures me he wont have any mid raid running off to sort his kids out, and should be able to attend most raids.

Also, he if we are not interested in his holy pally, we have a choice of Hunter, Ele/Resto shammy, Druid (think it was resto/feral he said, as he finds boomkin boring), DK,.... all about same level gear (360ish)

Lets discuss

Xt is too tiring now, he seems to have a different whine/sulk every day, he actually seems that he suffers from some kinda of major depression or something.

Anyhow, to keep everyone updated, he apparently has turned around to Harder and said he doesnt want to be on his Shammy anymore.

Either way, tired of him, too many chances.... bb Xt!

Happy to keep him social, but thats as far as it goes imo, we'll change his rank back to social and remove him from team over next few days

Logged on tonight to find an in-game mail from Xt asking why he had been removed from the raid calendar.

Replied telling him that due to the fact that he had informed an officer that he was tired of his Shammy and didnt wish to play it any more we have removed him.
