So as Varpu nad Volt are letting us down we will strat serching new ppl for guild.
We only need to decided what will we get.

Solution 1:
Put me as offical 3 rd healer when it's needed and get 2 dps in guild(ele shaman and mage);

or
Solution 2:
Find priest or shaman healer nad find 1 more dps(mage and maybe monk(but better mage tbh)).


If anybody got any other idea feel free to write it down.

I really don't mind be helear and dps os so if needed i can switch to healer anytime.

Not sure what heroics are like for healers, but I assume many require 3? So I say we need 4 people that can heal. Either
* 2 mainspec / 2 offspec - provided at least 2 of these have a good DPS ability.
* 3 mainspec / 1 offspec - provided at least 1 of these have a good DPS ability.

I say we continue to recruit a healer, personally I don't mind if it's a druid, but priest works for me too as me and the warlock are the only cloth users right now.

Also definitely a mage too. Better to have too many and have rotations than go 9 man places.

My opinion is to recruit
* Mage
* Priest/Druid/Shaman healer with a focus on priest/shaman. No point not getting a druid if we happen to find a really good one.

However, to do the above, we need to talk to Varpu. He's a nice guy so I think he deserves that at least.

I think that keg got ok dps spec(and he knows how to paly it he didi same dps as me more or less).
