At this point in time when we progress on the later bosses and people hardly need any more gear from the first ones I suggest the following to hopefully be able to have more time on progression bosses.

From 19:00, when there is enough ppl online, we start the raid. Until 19:45 ppl can drop in (or announce that they are outside and waiting) without loosing out on the initial EP reward. If you are ready at 19:35 you get the early award. Recurring awards starts as usual, so there is no change in EP rewards.

I don't get it. If people are around and ready then they should be inside instance and engaged in combat. If they are not ready, they don't get EP. What am I missing?

I was thinking that, since we started early, a boss encounter may prevent ppl from entering the raid when they are ready. In that case they need to announce in the guild chat that they are ready so we can see that they are on time.

Basically, you are saying that the people who need loot come early and those who dont, come later so that when we have a full guild run with all the attending players, we will start on the more difficult bosses?

Wouldn't it be easier to just let the players who need actual gear pug? If lets say a tank or both tanks dont make it on 19.00. Then we cant kill any bosses.

The idea on saving time to do more progress sounds good to me but we'll need to make it fail proof if we want to implement it. If you can understand what I mean.

I mentioned a earliest possible starting time, 19:00, so that people who wants to help with clearing have something to aim for. What I tried to say is that we don't pull any bosses until we have a proper raid setup, i.e 2 tanks etc.

Also, I don't expect that only players who needs gear shows up. Everyone who wants to and have the possibilty to show up should be there, as it helps with progression.

Naturally, if players who needs gear from the first bosses can't attend its a set back. However, I assume that very few players need gear from the first bosses.

Tbh, I don't expect that we would get enough players to start much earlier than usual, but at least we would have the possibilty.

I think everyone should be on the same raid schedule, id be ok to start earlier but some people here cant make it (a lot i think) so i don't think its fair for numerous reasons to have half the team start early.

Personally from my eyes, I would also like to start together with all raiders. Seems a bit out of control to not have a fixed raidstart. If the whole point of this suggestion is to save more time for progression, then we could consider other possibilities aswell such as having an alt be saved up to a certain boss, from which we start every Wednesday.

If there is only a few players that would need gear from the boss it wouldn't be worth doing them on a weekly basis in my opinion OR we could also just speed up our farm runs (which seems to be the easiest solution to me).

  1. Chain pull trash mobs
  2. Use Bloodlust for trash much more often
  3. Use Stampeding Roars / Cooldowns
  4. Three tanks in order to pull more trash at the same time.

These kind of things will count up and save us lots of time for progression and attempts. In addition, it keeps everyone awake as we cant even slack during trash to the point where we will be actively focused during the boss aswell.

Just a thought.

To be honest guys the raid times seem perfectly fine and everyone is aware of them so i dont see the problem ep is awareded for being early and ready. If ppl are going to be late they should let the leaders know otherwise really there is no excuse to be slacking as we all know the times.

As for the times im happy with the set times we currently have.
