I think first we shoul ask who didn' watch videos they are on backup.
Before fight we'll do roll and ask someone else from raid to explain fight(or just bits to be sure they checked videos)
Rest again on roll.

I think harder is true
I'm not sure there's a point for me to raid till the next lockout "wednesday flex".
As the bosses are getting harder and the gearcheck is just more obvious, i'll just slow u down :/ compared to shalck.

Trying to get away from work but we've got a software release to do right now and if it fucks up....
