Gear looks good. App not brilliant but could be worth a try.

Well he logged in retri gear so i can't see his healing gear XD.
Maybe give amby one more shot on monday to test her(she should be able to heal and then grab him in depending on her preformance.

Amby: she did really well tonight I thought, much improved, even Medo wasn't complaining to me about her, and he will aaaaaaaaaaalllways complain to me if a healer is doing badly (he never shut up about Elpi!)

Personally, I still think we can go with 4 main spec healers and get Toothy fully focussed on his DPS so I'd still give this paladin a trial.

Considering a lot of fights only require 2 healers, having 4 raiding MS healers I think will cause a lot of problems

I feel it will mean that healers will have backups every week, or 1 will be basically pushed into a DPS role pretty much permanently.

When we had Elpi in we found ourselves pushing Amby on backup every raid and only getting her in for part of a raid now and then whilst someone else steps out.

Either way, someone needs to atleast talk to this pally guy to explain why we are taking a while to decide.

If you all feel we need the pallly, then I'm happy yo have him in, would like someone to look at the numbers and how it affects our backups 1st.

Well if we grab 1 healer in guild then we need to force 1 healer to go dps full time.

With Amby in we will need to get 1 healer to have decent dps os.
But problem with amby is that shaman aren't so good if we are spreaded (Tortos horrdion councile durmu dark animus) so she will not be able to 2 heal those fights(and she doesn't like to dps).Maybe tonight we should have officer chat just to see what to do

any news on what has been done with the pally? or have we lost him now for not doing anything fast enough?
