For me it's game over for him now. Pissed me off early in the night, but I went to look at the logs tonight to see who is using pots and he is using MoP pots. Seriously? And he's not even using them all the time!!! All night he used 8 pots, on 3 farm bosses and 1 on each Imperator wipe.

Think I yelled it yesterday during the raid as well... Don't think he's gonna cut it.... Demote him to trial perhaps?

Zalunyah is really getting close to being demoted to social imo...

I'll put him back on trial and he get s HUGE warning. If he doesn't change, he's off the raidinglist.

Give him an official warning tonight and no raid tonight for him.

Ive had a conversation with zaluunya yesterday after raid. I apologized for yelling shut up to him but im going to say that too all at raid. Just got to many voices in my head there and a lot of unneccessary words came out.

But not really listening have been pepsys and zalunyas problem for a long time.

Zalunya can talk during raids with ease but not the things we need him to speak. Really getting fed up by people still dont understand a lot of the tacts on imperator.

Id rather loose dps to people actually do the tacts there is a few who plays immobile turrets as range /healer and me and mazzura dont get debuff until 2nd or 3rd stack. And id bet 70% dont know what to do in 4th phase at all.

I agree with the not listening/talking part. But the debuff you don't need to get before 4 stack tbh. In the PuG I did we only had 1 hunter dealing with debuff, picking it up on 4 stacks and 6 in p2.

I know it dont. But doing that means all need to know what to so still some people who dont understand the mechanics of the debuff. But I think we should make it so only I take the debuff and raid goes out on the designated stack to me. Only in 2nd phase I will need help cause Debuff needs to be moved every stack to get 25 yards away.
