The 5min break seems a bit too short, it's over before you know it. The suggestion is to raid until 22.35 and have a 10min break instead.

5 minutes for me is usually fine, 10 minutes i am sure would be long enough tho, i'm just worried that we will encounter the same problems that we already have, unless we put some penalties in place if you go over the 10 minutes because that should be more than long enough to get sorted in time to be back.

The problem for me is that some people don't return after 5 minutes break on time. I'd also bet real money that those same people won't return on time after a 10 min break either...

personally 5 mins is normally ok but 10 mins and raid till 22:35 sounds like a fairer idea as gives that little bit more wiggle room for ppl. Also yes i agree that if over 10 mins and penalties should be given

I think this is a good idea. A ten min break gives ppl more time to relax so we can have better focus in the raid hopefully.
