Hmmm :)

if u r really a geek, ur computer is never shutdown. u take control of it trough ssh or any remote tool :P

That trick is more for casuals :P lol

Nah! A real geek would have more than one computer at home. The low power one would be on all the time but the real beast would have to be turned off when not needed as it would use so much power that your fridge would stop working!

A real geek enjoys the flickering of all the lights in the house when the 3k power unit powers up. You do not want to miss that!

Beside, its never a good idea to turn that beast on when you can't be 100% sure your wife isnt vacuum cleaning at home. You do not want to make her stop, waiting for you to replace the fuse and finishing the job, would you? okay okay, I guess this sentence does have a double sense... it just came out like that...
